Delivery Policy

All art prints are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post for free. This is usually delivered within 48hours of being posted.

My post office days are Monday & Thursday as I'm trying to limit the times that I'm visiting the Post Office during the pandemic. 

No tracking is available on free standard delivery.

You, the buyer, are responsible for any customs or import taxes.  I am not responsible for any delays at customs. 

Once the lovely people at Royal Mail have your parcel, it's up to them to get it to you on time.  At this time (Jan 2021) there are still worldwide delays with the postal service, so please be patient if your order is delayed. 

Processing Times

All items are ready to ship in 2-4 business days. 

Business days do not include Scottish public holidays or Sundays.  

Delivery times do not include processing times. 

If you require a rush order, please contact me first to see if I can accommodate your request. 

Packaging

All A4 prints & smaller are packaged in cello bags to protect them (we're moving to more eco-friendly solutions once we've used up all our A4 cello bags!) and sent to you in a hardback Do Not Bend envelope.

Prints larger than A3 are sent rolled in cardboard tubes. 

Orders containing badges or stationery are generally sent in letterbox boxes which will fit through your letterbox, so no having to go to the delivery office if you miss a delivery!

Returns

If you need to return an item, you must contact me within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

You, the buyer, are responsible for any costs incurred in returning an item to me.  It must be returned to me within 14 days of contacting me for a return.

Items must be returned in the original condition that you received it. 

Custom prints are non-returnable.

Digital downloads are non-returnable.

Apparel and homeware products (excluding prints) are non-returnable.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your item back in the original condition.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
